The BG-DA-12GS1x2 is a professional 1x2 video splitter designed for 12G-SDI, 6G-SDI, 3G-SDI, HD, and SD video sources. It allows users to split a single SDI video signal into two outputs, which can be displayed on SDI-compliant monitors simultaneously. Each output is buffered and re-clocked to ensure maximum signal integrity and minimal disruption, effectively extending the transmission distance.
Featuring automatic input cable equalization with support for Belden 1694A cable, the splitter can maintain signal quality over long distances, reaching up to 180m (594ft) at 3G, 100m (330ft) at 6G, and 70m (230ft) at 12G. The unit includes LED indicators for signal lock and video rate, and an inter-locked power supply for added reliability.
