16" Trolling Motor Mounting Plate for Garmin Kraken
The Garmin Kraken 16" Trolling Motor Mounting Plate from Sea Brackets is expertly designed for the Garmin Quick Release Plate System. This robust plate is made from high-quality 6061 T6 aluminum, and features a primed, powder-coated finish that is UV-protected to ensure longevity and durability in harsh marine environments. The design allows for easy installation on both port and starboard sides, and is equipped with precisely gauged holes for effortless bolt engagement.
Suggested Hardware:
- For optimal performance, use 316L stainless steel hardware to prevent rust.
- Compatible with Garmin's Quick Release Plate System, which includes mounting hardware.
- A backing disk from Sea Brackets or another suitable backing support system is recommended.
- Utilize 1/4–20 flat-head Phillips machine screws along with fender washers and lock nuts.
- Use 5/16–18 flat-head Phillips machine screws with fender washers and lock nuts for added stability.
Note: The length of the hardware required will depend on the thickness of the hull, backing hardware, and other components.
