Ancor Marine Grade wire products are designed for durability and longevity, meeting and exceeding stringent standards such as UL 1426, ABYC, and US Coast Guard Charter boat regulations (CFR Title 46). This wire is constructed from premium vinyl insulation rated for 600V, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 105°C in dry conditions and 75°C in wet conditions, remaining flexible even in extreme cold down to -40°F/C.
This wire resists salt water, battery acid, oils, gasoline, heat, abrasion, and UV radiation. The ultra-flexible Type 3 tinned copper stranding provides maximum protection against corrosion and electrolysis, while also resisting fatigue caused by vibration and flexing.
