This advanced autopilot pump features an ORB port connection manifold designed for use with hydraulic steering systems on boats up to 65 feet L.O.A. (depending on rudder torque). The pump operates under the control of the automatic pilot, adjusting the steering direction based on the pump motor's rotation. It utilizes a permanent magnetic motor that can reverse direction by altering the input current.

With only three moving parts, this pump avoids complex check valves, ensuring that rudder movement is halted when de-energized. Its output flow can be adjusted to 50% of its rated capacity, allowing precise calibration to match the steering cylinder's volume. Offering more than double the hydraulic output per watt compared to competitor gear pumps, this system excels in reliability and efficiency.
