The OPTI-6100 SCM provides a logical user interface to manage the OPTI-6100 Multi-Purpose Provisioning Platform. It enables users to monitor alarm status, query performance, and initiate tests of any module seamlessly.

Key capabilities include processing for all SONET DCC channels, comprehensive module provisioning, and robust testing and performance monitoring functionalities. The platform also supports Ping, hot swap, and auto-upgrade capabilities, alongside RADIUS Server support.
