The Genz Pack's carry case is designed for dedicated ice anglers, equipped with a FLX-12 flasher and optional DD-100 for digital depth readouts, making it an indispensable tool for ice fishing. Inspired by legendary ice angler Dave Genz, the Blue Genz Pack case is robust and easily modified for various upgrades. This package includes a 12-volt, 9 Amp hour battery and a fully automatic digital charger, along with a 12 degree IceDucer transducer.

This model improves upon the Classic FL-8se by featuring a flat-screen display enhanced by Vexilar's proprietary brushless data transfer technology, providing a display that is 20% brighter and sharper. It includes a low power mode for fishing in shallow water while ensuring excellent target resolution. Choose from five depth ranges up to 120 feet, with a unique night mode for optimal visibility in low light conditions. The device also offers 20 levels of Interference Rejection (IR) to minimize cross-talk from nearby sonar units. Users are alerted to low battery levels with a coded series of flashes before shutdown. The FLX-12 is also favored for open water applications.
