Stubborn mold and mildew are a common problem for most people in the U.S. These dangerous microorganisms lurk in the shadows, steadily colonizing while we go about our day-to-day routines. Often they appear in the dark corners of our homes such as basements and crawl spaces, and other times they reveal themselves on our beloved possessions such as RVu2019s, boats and other toys! One thing is for sure, where conditions permit, mold, mildew, and fungi will grow.The challenge for most is not locating the mold and mildew, but actually removing it. This can sometimes be difficult depending on the situation. Applications such as boats and RVu2019s are sometimes neglected, leaving mold and mildew stains to further accumulate and be baked into the surface by the sun. This almost always leaves the owner with no choice but to vigorously scrub and/or pressure wash the surface which can sometimes be harmful, not to mention a lot of work!
