I help busy women simplify their homes and build an essentialist life. If your home isn’t yet an oasis that helps you thrive, let’s make it happen.I’m a home and lifestyle design coach helping people live simply and beautifully while deeply respecting nature and our planet. I believe our environments play a huge role in a thriving, healthy life and abundant life. But that doesn't mean we have to do an expensive remodel and it doesn’t mean we have to go to extreme minimalism. Instead, I teach essentialism. I follow Greg McKeown’s writings in his book, Essentialism, which tells us to cut out non-essentials in pursuit of a more intentional life, focusing on depth and quality over breadth and unfocused quantity. Essentialism at home includes decluttering, repurposing things you already own and designing your home so that it’s functional, beautiful, meaningful, and supports you and your goals. It's a sustainable and affordable way to design a beautiful space that helps you live well. My story… About 8 or 9 years ago I was dealing with anxiety that was becoming overwhelming and interfering in life. Though I had an amazing job and was doing "all the things" I was being held back from the life I really wanted to live. And one of the things that was holding me back - or at least not helping me move forward - was my home. I had accumulated lots of stuff and put a lot of emphasis on having the "right" furniture, decor, clothing and stuff in general. But it wasn't a place that gave me comfort. So I started essentializing my life and my home. It worked. I curbed my anxiety, gained clarity on how to pursue my dreams and gained time to actually pursue them! My health improved. I gained the physical, mental and emotional space to attract more abundance into my life. It was truly transformational. I took note of the steps I made and now teach them to others so that they can design a simple, free and abundant home and life as well!
