The complex won the Korean Institute of Architects Award, offering a natural retreat, with rooftop and indoor gardens, in the heart of the city.ASAN PLANTConstructed in 1983, our Asan Plant constitutes a sophisticated and efficient production base of 43 acres. Initially a toner factory and machine assembly factory, a training center was added in 1985. Later the OPC drum factory and central building were erected. Our digital multifunctional machine DGwox and laser printer Blackfoot, in which we take great pride, are both produced here.SINDOHu2019s belief in prioritizing its employeesu2019 welfare is reflected in the Asan Plantu2019s central building, which balances practicality, architectural and natural beauty. In 1996, it was selected as a superior architectural structure by the Korean Institute of Architects and Chosun Ilbo Daily, the only instance of a factory receiving this honor. Surrounded by a lake, pavilion and park, the building includes employeesu2019 amenities such as a library, gallery, gymnasium and theater. It is therefore a cultural as well as corporate space.
